Cancellation Policy

• Please note that we require 24 hrs notice for cancellation.
• Within 24 hrs period, the cancellation fee is £10 per half an hour.
• If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service.

Privacy Policy

• We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

Late Arrivals

• If you arrive late, we may have to finish your treatment early to minimise inconvenience for other guests.
• Unfortunately we are not able to offer rebooking of your treatment if you arrive late.

Inappropriate Conduct

The client understands that any illicit, sexual or aggressive remarks, advances or gestures will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of the session, and the client will be liable for full payment of the scheduled appointment.

These policies have been adopted to ensure that the professionalism and ethics of our clinic are respected, and to ensure your scheduled service is a stress-free and relaxing experience.

Refund Policy

Treatments and Gift Vouchers are non-refundable.

A credit note will be issued at the sole discretion of management where deemed suitable.
